Janet's cinnamon rolls

4 cups milk
3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
5 eggs beaten
1/4 cup vanilla
5 Tbsp yeast
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 Tbsp salt
15 cups of flour, or enough to make dough sticky.

Let rise once and roll into strips about 15x9 inches, 1/3 of an inch thick. Spread with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and roll up. Cut with thread and bake at 375 for 15 -20 minutes.
