1 lb. boneless pork chops or loin, cut into strips
1 medium onion , sliced
1 green pepper , sliced
1 red pepper , sliced
1 cup KRAFT or BULL''S-EYE Barbecue Sauce
4 flour tortillas (10 inch) or 8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
Directions
Heat 2 tsp. oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork; cook and stir until browned. Stir in onion and peppers; cook and stir until pork is cooked through and peppers are crisp-tender.
Stir barbecue sauce into pork mixture. Reduce heat; cook until thoroughly heated. Divide mixture equally among tortillas; roll up.
Tip! Make It Easy: To easily slice pork into strips, partially freeze pork before slicing.
