Crab Curry Dip

Ingredients
1 8 oz. pkg. light cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup evaporated fat free milk
4 oz (3/4 cup) cooked crabmeat
2 Tbs green onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbs minced red bell pepper
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Assorted cut fresh vegetables

Directions
Beat cream cheese and evaporated milk in a small mixer bowl until creamy. Stir in crabmeat, green onion, bell pepper, curry powder and garlic salt. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with vegetables.
