4-5 boneless ribs, pork or beef
1 medium onion thinly sliced
1 cup ketchup
1/2 - 1 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2T worchestershire sauce
1T ground mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
Place half of ribs in crockpot, layer onion on top. Repeat layers. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and cook over low heat 8-9 hours until ribs are tender.
**This is what we had for dinner last night... goes great with green salad, baked potatoes, and banana squash.
