2 packages (8 ounces each) Cream cheese, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
Beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add caramel topping and beat until well blended. Serve with fruit.
**All I can say is, forget the fruit, where's the spoon?
