Ingredients
3 egg yolks
1 2/3 cups drained canned corn kernels
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup sifted all purpose flour
3 eggs whites, stiffly beaten
6 Tbs salad oil
Directions
Beat yolks until light, mix in corn, salt, pepper, and flour
Fold mixture into egg whites
Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls into hot oil in skillet
Cook on both sides until golden brown
