Cranberry Tapioca

Ingredients
1/3 cup sugar
3 Tbs MINUTE Tapioca
Dash salt
2 cups cranberry juice


Directions
Mix all ingredients in medium saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes.

Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full boil. (Pudding thickens as it cools.) Remove from heat.

Cool 20 minutes; stir. Serve warm or chilled.
