Dh has been on the crave for crab cakes, so I've been on the hunt for recipes.
Ingredients
1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise
1 Tbs lime juice1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix
2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained, flaked
1 cup dry bread crumbs, divided
2 Tbs chopped green onion
1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 Tbs lime juice
2 tsp grated lime peel
Directions
Mix mayo, juice and salad dressing mix. Add crabmeat, 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs and onion.
Shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties; coat in remaining 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
Cook patties in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 minutes on each side or until browned and thoroughly heated. Serve with Cool Lime Sauce.
Cool Lime Sauce: Mix mayo, sour cream, lime juice and lime peel in small bowl.
