Shrimp Creole

3 Tbsp chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 #2 1/2 can tomatoes (not sure what this is? Care to enlighten me?)
Simmer for about 40 minutes.
Add:
2 cans shrimp (undrained)
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
Serve over hot cooked rice.

**My mom used to make this regularly when I was a child but I haven't had it since then. I wonder if this is something my family will eat? I guess I ought to find out!
