Mermaid Song
2 ounces orange juice
1 ounce passion fruit juice
1 ounce coconut milk
1 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled wine glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Mom Collins
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp powdered sugar
6-8 ounces club soda
Shake lemon juice with sugar and ice and strain into a collins glass (being a non drinker, I haven't a clue what a collins glass is). Add several ice cubes and fill with club soda. Stir. Garnish with citrus fruits and a maraschino cherry. Serve with a straw.
Pink Elephant
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp grenadine (isn't this alcohol? I dunno!)
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup bitter lemon
1/2 cup pink grapefruit juice.
Mix lime juice, grenadine, and sugar together in a brandy snifter. Add ice cubes, lemon and grapefruit juice.
Watermelon cooler
2 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded
1/2 cup lemon sherbet
1 tsp raspberry syrup
1/2 cup ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and thick.
Virgin Mary
4 ounces tomato juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 dashes tobasco sauce
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Pour tomato juice into a wineglass filled with ice. Add remaining ingredients. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Tall guy
4 ounces orange juice
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 banana
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Garnish with an orange slice.
Safe sex on the beach
2 ounces peach nectar
3 ounces cranberry juice
3 ounces pineapple juice
Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass filled with icecubes.
**A few years ago, I needed a cutesy non-alcoholic drink for a special occassion. I found a wad of them! Don't they look fun? And what the heck is a Collins glass? Is it made by Tupperware? Cuz if it is, I'm already set! Ha ha!
